We are an elite Martial Arts training facility in Bixby,OK. Our chief instructor has been teaching in the Tulsa area for over 26 years and all of our trainers have dedicated the time and discipline to have earned either their instructors certification or their student instructors certification. Our main goal is to share the art that we have been taught and to stay true to the traditional aspects of the arts we teach.

TEACHERS DAY - OCTOBER 16TH
"At Extreme Thai Boxing Academy LLC. we observe Teachers Day each year"
Respect and discipline are qualities that are expected of Thai boxers.
The Thai Boxing Association of the USA celebrates Teacher's Day every October 16th. On this day students are asked to make a ceremonial gift in thanks to their teacher. A typical Teacher's Day present would include the following:
This present should include:
(the following in a bowl)
3 Sticks of incense
Small amount of uncooked rice (~1/2 cup)
1 Piece of fruit
Dry natural flowers
These items are put in a bowl and presented to the teacher. At the time of presentation the student faces the teacher and assumes a kneeling Wai position. Then the student will bow three times in respect and thanks to the teacher.
ADHERE TO THE DISCIPLINE!
Pay respect before and after entering the Academy, and the ring.
Address your Instructor as Khun Khru Adams.
Pay respect before and after speaking to your instructor.
Pay respect to your partner before and after each round.
NEVER THINK,SAY OR DO ANYTHINGTO HARM THE ACADEMY, OUR FRIENDS OR FAMILY!!!
Do not throw your equipment, have respect for the Academy’s and your equipment.
Learn the student creed, and think about what it means.
DO NOT HIT YOUR INSTRUCTOR.
No chewing gum during class.
50-pushups for being late. “500-pushups, 500-frog jumps, and 500-kicks on the bag” for being disrespectful to Khun Khru Adams.
No jewelry is to be worn during class.
Dress neat, be clean do not wear dirty (stinky clothing!)
KEEP FINGER AND TOE NAILS CUT SHORT!
If you are ill, please stay home and recover before attending class.
Students under the age of 10 are required to have an adult present during their classes.
Spectators, please be quiet while instructions are being given to class.
NO HORSE PLAYING IN CLASS.
It is required that ALL students wear a school shirt or a plain shirt in all of the classes! Also please wear your Thai shorts in Muay Thai classes.
Dues are due if you attend class or not!
REMEMBER YOUR COMMITMENT TO MR. ADAMS AND OUR ACADEMY!!!
BE CONSISTENT IN YOUR TRAINING EACH MONTH!!!! NEVER GIVE UP !
At Extreme Thai Boxing Academy we offer an introductory course to allow you to get a feel for what our academy has to offer. This course consists of 2 private lessons, 30 min. each, and ends with a qualification interview to make sure that you and our academy will be a good match for each other. The introductory course is $20 and is offered throughout the week on a pre scheduled basis.
